Week 10.5! Sneak peak at interior colours

Sneak peak for us during the week.

We visited our house today while our building co-ordinator was onsite. We had to give him the towel rails that we chose ourselves. The Porter Davis towel rails only came in a small 60cm size.

Slight delay with kitchen stone - our colour we chose won't be able for another 10 days. Splash back to be fitted  in coming week. Tiling to start tomorrow.

Week 10 - Preparing for Paint & Tiles

Not much to report. House was locked up with plastic on windows. Internal walls sanded and prepped ready for Wattyl 'flokati' paint. The exterior has been painted in the Dulux Winnow (off white) colour we fell in love with from another Porter Davis display home. It's only noticeable around the garage as tiling will be done around the front master window. You can also see it at the rear of the house. 

Lots of planning and window shopping has been happening this month!

This is the pendant that will be above the kitchen island bench (on order at Beacon Lighting). We also received our first electrical quote for our LED down lights to be installed throughout the house.
