Choosing the estate was easy. Parks Edge is right next door to Casey Fields and will be perfect for our children when they start participating in sports. There's also a lake (regularly stocked with trout) and state of the art playground.
There is also a huge indoor swimming pool with water slides, gym, a library, and indoor sports centre all within 1 kilometre!
We handed over our deposit for a block of land at Parks Edge, Cranbourne East in March 2013.
Land was originally scheduled for a September 2013 title, however it has been postponed to February 2014.
Perfect for us as I was able to stay on maternity leave an extra couple of months!
The amenities right next door to our estate are shown below... just a 5 minute walk from our land.
Our block is one of the larger ones in the estate to accommodate our 30 square single storey house.
