The House ~ Porter Davis Drysdale 30

Porter Davis - Drysdale 30

From the Porter Davis website:
We think this four bedroom, two bathroom design showcases what open plan living really means.

From the moment you step through the front door, we hope you feel a sense of space, especially as there is a natural line of sight from the entry area right through the majority of the house, showcasing the benefits and freedom of genuine open plan living.

The first thing that we think will impress you is the generosity of the master bedroom and ensuite, complete with walk in robe.

A large study area and home theatre room sit off the foyer area, before opening up to the main living area.

We think this space is an entertainer’s dream; including large kitchen with floating island bench and walk in pantry, formal dining, and a large formal lounge area that continues directly onto the outdoor area.

Lying behind the kitchen, double bedrooms two, three and four open up to a second casual living space and main bathroom, perhaps offering a sense of privacy for teenagers or lucky guests.

If you’re looking for a home design with all the answers, visit the Drysdale and we think you will experience modern day conveniences.

Please note: our house will be in the reverse so that the garage is on the right hand side.

We have made the following changes:
  • Added an additional linen/broom cupboard next to the existing linen cupboard in the Laundry
  • Added a door to the theatre room, ensuite, and rumpus
  • Widened our garage by 37cm. The most we could do on our size block!
  • Doubled the height of the Theatre window
